An der Reitbahn

The name comes from the riding track built around 1800, on the site of the former fencing school. In the vernacular this street was simply called Reitbahn. After the war it was first renamed to ul. Kredytowa "Credit Street", then in December 1953 it was named after the Polish actor and writer Wojciech Bogusławski (1757 - 1829).
