Bei der Knüppelbrücke

Created between 1630 and 1650. Initially called 3. Brückengasse (Third Bridge Lane) — the Thornsche Weg was at that time called 1. and 2. Brückengasse. Although the designation Hühnerberg (Chicken Hill) already appears in 1763, this lane was still called Bei der Knüppelbrücke (At the Log Bridge) as late as 1796.
