History
Originally, this street, laid out on a section of park cut off by the railway after the construction of the Eastern Railway, was called Mariengasse. On 14 November 1933 it was renamed Breughelstraße after one of the military commanders of World War I. Since the war it has been called, in translation, Quiet Street.
