History

The original Waldstraße (Forest Street) was presumably renamed to Ellerbruch quite some time before 1930, only to be renamed again to Ellerweg on December 24, 1931. Whether the first of these changes encompassed the entire street is unclear. Today this street's name translates to Heather Street.
