Erichgang

For the longest time it was simply called Street (via). The later designation Erichgang naturally comes from the personal name of the same sound. The two most recent names of this alley are determined by its location at St. Barbara's Church. Initially situated beside the adjacent cemetery, it was also named after it. From 1901 onward it was called St. Barbaragasse. Even today its name translates to St. Barbara Lane.
