Petschowstraße

Dubois

History

Named after Robert Petschow, the creator of several industrial facilities, in recognition of his work in the Abegg Foundation. After the war, this street was first named for about two years after the Polish socialist Stanisław Dubois. In 1947, the name was then transferred to the former Osterzeile and the Petschowstraße was renamed ul. Miedziana (Copper Street).
